cs999 Terms & Conditions — Full Platform User Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context clearly requires otherwise:

• "cs999" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operating under the domain cs999.bio, including all associated services, software, games, content, and support functions.
• "Platform" means the cs999 website, mobile browser experience, and any application or interface through which cs999 services are delivered.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the cs999 Platform, accesses the Platform as a guest, or uses any cs999 service.
• "Account" means the verified player account created by a Player upon completing the cs999 registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds, bonus funds, and free-play credits held in a Player's cs999 Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by cs999 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited directly by a Player from their own payment source and held in the Account, distinct from Bonus Funds.

Access to and use of the cs999 Platform is conditional on the Player satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and continue to be 21 or older for the entire duration of your cs999 account.
• You are accessing the cs999 Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent, representative, or affiliate of any third party without express written authorisation from cs999.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of cs999 or any affiliated entity.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute, and you take full personal responsibility for determining whether your use of cs999 is lawful in your specific location.
• You have not previously had a cs999 Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

cs999 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence of eligibility may result in suspension of access and forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held in the Account.

To access the full cs999 Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. cs999 accounts are registered using a verified Pakistani mobile number, which serves as the primary account identifier and communication channel.

You agree to provide truthful information at registration and to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

One Account Policy: Each Player is entitled to register and maintain only one (1) cs999 Account. cs999's systems actively monitor for duplicate registrations. Where duplicate Accounts are identified:

• All duplicate Accounts will be suspended without notice.
• All Bonus Funds in all associated Accounts will be forfeited.
• Real Money Funds in duplicate Accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
• cs999 reserves the right to permanently ban the Player from the Platform.

cs999 may, at its sole discretion, decline to register an Account application without being required to provide reasons for the rejection.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your cs999 login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

• You must not share your cs999 Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any third party to access your cs999 Account or conduct transactions on your behalf.
• You must immediately notify cs999 support if you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred.
• cs999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Pakistani mobile number as an additional security measure.

cs999 is not liable for any losses, damages, or missed opportunities arising from a Player's failure to maintain credential security. All transactions completed through your Account using your valid credentials are deemed authorised by you, regardless of who actually initiated them, unless you have reported a compromise to cs999 support prior to those transactions occurring.

cs999 accepts deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following authorised payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and standard interbank transfers within Pakistan.

Deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit: Rs100 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs500 via bank transfer channels.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. cs999 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• Deposits made through JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your cs999 Account within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours depending on the processing schedules of the originating institution.
• cs999 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply transaction charges independent of cs999.
• cs999 may impose maximum daily or weekly deposit limits at the platform level for regulatory compliance or fraud prevention purposes. Individual players may set personal deposit limits through their Account settings.

By depositing funds into your cs999 Account, you confirm that all funds originate from legitimate sources and that you are not using cs999 for money laundering or any other unlawful financial purpose.

Players may request withdrawal of Real Money Funds from their cs999 Account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible, or to a verified Pakistani bank account or mobile wallet in the Player's name.

cs999 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, and will ordinarily require full KYC verification before processing withdrawals above Rs50,000 per transaction. Documentation requested may include a government-issued Pakistani identity document (CNIC or NICOP), proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds declaration for larger amounts.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where: (a) KYC documentation has not been satisfactorily provided; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, collusion, or Terms breach; (c) outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have not been met; or (d) technical issues with the relevant payment network are affecting processing.

cs999 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed the cs999 registration process and, where applicable, completed identity verification.
• Each cs999 welcome bonus is available once per verified individual. Registering multiple Accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times constitutes fraud and is subject to immediate Account termination and full forfeiture.

• Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts, exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering fulfilment, or used in prohibited game categories as specified in individual promotion terms.

These providers operate Random Number Generation (RNG) systems and live game procedures that are independently audited by recognised testing organisations.

• Sports bets are accepted only while relevant markets are open. Markets may be suspended or closed at any time at cs999's discretion, particularly during live events where odds require recalculation.
• All pre-match bets that remain unsettled at the time a match begins will stand, subject to the specific market terms.
• In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled before the result is determined, cs999 will settle bets in accordance with the specific sport's published rules for such circumstances.

• cs999 will void any bet where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed based on non-public information, or where match fixing, spot fixing, or corrupt conduct is suspected or confirmed by relevant sporting authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cs999 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and potential forfeiture of Real Money Funds pending investigation.

• Registering more than one cs999 Account, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, fabricated, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the cs999 Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal financial activity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with cs999 games or betting markets in a manner not consistent with genuine human play.
• Colluding with other Players in live dealer games, poker formats, or any other multi-player environment on cs999.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in cs999 games or betting markets for guaranteed profit.

cs999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. cs999 recognises that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and has implemented the following tools, accessible from your Account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum permissible loss amounts over daily, weekly, or monthly periods. Exceeding a loss limit prevents further wagering until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which cs999 will automatically end the session and require manual re-login.

• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on cs999 Platform content.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any cs999 software or game content.

• Using cs999 branding, logos, or trademarks for commercial purposes without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of cs999 intellectual property will constitute infringement and may result in legal action in addition to immediate Account termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cs999 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the use of or inability to use the cs999 Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even where cs999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical failures that are beyond cs999's reasonable control, including interruptions attributable to third-party payment processors, internet service providers, or force majeure events.
• Loss arising from a Player's own gambling decisions, betting strategy, or in-game choices.
• Any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their own Account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits cs999's liability for: death or personal injury caused by cs999's negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded, cs999's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cs999 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published on the cs999 Platform at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the cs999 Privacy Policy. Key privacy commitments include: data encryption at rest and in transit; no sale of personal data to third parties; retention of data only for the periods required by applicable regulatory obligations; and provision of data access, correction, and deletion rights to Players subject to overriding legal requirements.

cs999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the cs999 Platform with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, cs999 will provide Players with reasonable prior notice through Platform notifications.

If you continue to use the cs999 Platform after the publication of revised Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms in full. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the cs999 Platform immediately and contact cs999 support to initiate Account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cs999 holds its international gaming licence. Players agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to cs999's internal dispute resolution process before any external claim is pursued.

To initiate a dispute, Players must submit a written complaint to cs999 support with full details of the matter in question. cs999 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where the dispute cannot be resolved through cs999's internal process, the matter may be escalated to the applicable independent dispute resolution body specified by cs999's licensing authority.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other interim relief from a competent court where circumstances require it.
